Corn Bread

My aunt Jenny gave me this recipe at my bridal shower and it is the best that I have found anywhere. It is just so moist. I haven't found any reason to mess with it.Ingredients:
1-1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. corn meal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. sugar
1-1/4 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 egg

Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Mix together wet ingredients. Fold wet mixture into dry. Do not over mix.

Pout into a greased 9x9 pan and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
