This is my basic teriyaki marinade. I use it for everything, steak, chicken, stir fry, etc.
Ingredients:
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. canola oil
2 T. molasses
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dry mustard powder
Mix all ingredients together and pour over the meat of your choice. Allow it to marinade in the fridge for at least 4 hours, but for best results over-night.
